Ingredients:
- 4 strips bacon hacked
 - 4 lb meat short ribs
 - 2 little onion
 - 4 garlic cloves minced
 - 1/2 cup child carrots
 - 2 cups dried mushrooms
 - 1/2 tsp cumin
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp pepper
 - 2 cups chicken soup
 - 1/2 cup wine
 - 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions:
- In a Dutch stove pot, fry 4 segments of slashed bacon until fresh. At that point expel.
 - Carry the warmth to high and darker each bit of short ribs in the pot. Include additional oil varying. Olive oil works incredible.
 - When the meat is cooked, evacuate and hold for some other time.
 - Include the hacked onion and garlic to the dutch broiler pot and sauté for around 3-5 mins.
 - At that point include the braised meat over into the pot and include the infant carrots, dried mushrooms, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Mix it to join and afterward include the red wine and chicken juices. Spread the pot with a cover and braise in the stove for 2 1/2 hours at 340 degrees Fahrenheit.
 - Presently join the cornstarch and water and pour it to it the braised meat. Mix it in with a spoon and cover and braise for an additional 30 minutes at 340 degrees Fahrenheit.
