- 2 pounds Ground hamburger
 - 2 cup Pork skins, finely squashed
 - 1 Egg
 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 - 2 teaspoons Onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
 - 8 ounces American Cheese
 
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoon Dill pickle relish
 - 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
 - ½ teaspoon White wine vinegar
 - 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
 
Instructions:
- Preheat broiler to 350 degrees F.
