Ingredients:
- 2 - 2.5 lbs skin on chicken thighs
- Marinade:
- 1/2 cup new lime juice
- 3 teaspoons new lime pizzazz
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons new cilantro, slashed finely
- 2 jalapeño, hacked finely
- 4 cloves garlic, hacked finely
- 1 tablespoon nectar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon stew powder or to taste
Instructions:
- Wash the chicken thighs, evacuate the bones, leave the skin on, and pat dry with paper towels. Put in a safe spot.
